Bridging the Gap: Digitising a 26+ Year-Old Travel Agency
Extragreen Travel Group, a well-established Australian travel company with 26 + years of industry experience, embarked on a journey to transition from traditional in-store services to robust digital platforms. The challenge was to modernise their operations while preserving the personalised service that had made them successful.

š Adapting Traditional Services to a Digital World: Successfully translating a vast array of travel servicesāincluding tours, flights, and visasāinto a cohesive, user-friendly online platform without losing the personal touch.
š Boosting Online Engagement and Conversion: Developing strategies to drive traffic to the new digital platform and converting that traffic into sales, all while competing with online-first travel agencies.
š» Ensuring Consistent Branding Across Digital and Physical Channels: Maintaining a strong, unified brand identity across six retail stores in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, as well as the new online presence.
š Implementing Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies: Integrating SEO, SEM, and retargeting efforts to increase visibility and attract a global audience, alongside managing social media, video production, and event marketing.
Outcome
As the lead in digital marketing and design, I played a crucial role in helping Extragreen Travel Group navigate the challenges of digital transformation.
