Summary
Feels is a US-based corporate and consumer gifting platform that enables users to create meaningful gifting experiences. Co-founded by the compassionate duo Caitlin Knoepp and Chase Mattison, Feels isn’t just about gifting—it’s about giving back. Instead of traditional gifts, recipients can choose a nonprofit they care about, turning every gift into a chance to make a difference. With its easy-to-use, e-commerce-like interface, Feels helps companies foster genuine connections through thoughtful, impactful gifts. And outside of business, Caitlin and Chase are passionate dog rescuers, bringing heart and care to both their work and their furry friends!

Outcome
As the Product Design Lead, I worked closely with the founders and stakeholders to create an intuitive platform that fulfilled both corporate and individual users’ needs. The platform now allows users to gift donations easily, aligning with their social values. Corporate users can manage gifting programs more efficiently, and recipients have the freedom to choose charities that resonate with them.
