MUCUDU aims at helping hospitality venues attract, retain, and engage customers through integrated rewards and tab management.

Hospitality venues face ongoing challenges in maintaining customer engagement and increasing profitability. MUCUDU, a hospitality rewards app founded by industry experts in 2024, was created to address these issues. Venues struggled with fragmented loyalty programs, inefficient tab management, and disjointed promotions, which hindered their ability to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue.

MUCUDU offers a seamless, all-in-one solution designed to enhance customer experience and venue profitability through well-integrated rewards, loyalty programs, and tab management systems.

Challenges

📘 Increasing profitability and enhancing customer experience: Venues were seeking ways to boost both revenue and customer retention but found existing solutions lacking.

Outcome

As the lead product designer for Mucudu, I collaborated with industry experts and venue owners to deeply understand their challenges. I helped design a comprehensive app that addresses their specific needs, simplifying the implementation of promotions, loyalty programs, and tab management. The app created a streamlined user experience for both venues and customers, resulting in increased customer engagement, higher retention, and improved venue profitability.
