Where Creativity Meets Healthy Management
Streamtime is a web-based project management app crafted specifically for creative studios aiming to build healthy and profitable businesses. The platform streamlines the creative business management process through key features such as job planning, scheduling, quoting, invoicing, collaboration, and reporting. My role as a Communication & UI Designer involved creating a cohesive and engaging user experience that aligns with Streamtime’s brand identity and user expectations.
Challenges
🎨 Balancing Functionality with Creativity: The challenge was to design a UI that was both functional and stress-free for creatives. With mental health in mind, I aimed to create a space where creativity could thrive without the usual overwhelm.
📋 Reducing Administrative Overload: Simplifying scheduling and invoicing was crucial. The challenge was to make these tasks seamless, allowing creatives to focus on their work instead of getting bogged down by admin.
🔄 Crafting Brand Identity to Align with the Product: Streamtime, founded in 2002, needed a brand refresh to reflect its growth. The challenge was to refreshing the brand visuals while maintaining consistency across all platforms, keeping it relevant and engaging.

Interactive Onboarding Product Tour
Enhancing Onboarding with Interactive Experiences
Revamped the Streamtime product tour to streamline user onboarding, reducing confusion and dependency on customer support. Introduced engaging Lottie animations, ensured UI consistency, and added a recall feature, resulting in increased user engagement and a smoother onboarding experience.
Master Settings Redesign
Enhancing Admin Control for Expanding Teams
Redesigned the master settings and admin portal in Streamtime to better support the needs of larger teams as the platform grew. The update focused on improving functionality, streamlining navigation, and ensuring a more intuitive user experience that aligns with recent UI changes.

More Than Just Sign-Up: Leveraging Cohort Insights for Product Development and Growth
Redesigned the sign-up flow for Streamtime by leveraging insights from the latest cohort research and aligning with the 2022 brand refresh. The primary objective was to enhance the onboarding experience by simplifying the sign-up process, reducing friction for new users, and ensuring that the flow reflects Streamtime's updated brand personality. This redesign also aimed to improve the efficiency of the customer success team's onboarding process.
